About The Position
The Senior Research Analyst at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) plays a crucial role in supporting the institution's learning organization by leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance educational offerings. This position involves leading and contributing to various research and assessment projects that address strategic questions, improve operations, and fulfill reporting responsibilities. The analyst will work closely with the Learning, Teaching, and Assessment (LTA) team, faculty, and administrative units to ensure evidence-based decision-making across the School.
