About the position

As a Senior ResearchOps Specialist at CVS Health, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming health care through innovative digital solutions. This role involves applying mixed method research approaches to enhance user experiences and support the UX Research team in standardizing and scaling research across CVS Health portfolios. You will work on complex organizational challenges, facilitate workshops, and implement tools and processes that drive operational excellence and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Apply mixed method research approaches to understand colleagues and organizational challenges.
• Design and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops that yield tangible outputs.
• Take ambiguous organizational problems and turn them into simple, implementable solutions.
• Apply systems thinking to navigate a complex and changing enterprise to drive standards and change.
• Visualize complex systems and frameworks.
• Define, design, and implement relevant tools, processes, and artifacts.
• Create clear and precise documentation to support process improvements, training, etc.
• Enable healthy team culture through change management, communication strategies, and career pathing initiatives.
• Develop metrics, quantify business impact of UX research work, and socialize the value of operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Service Design, ResearchOps, UX Research, or Design Ops.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of Airtable experience.
