About the position

The Senior Retail Media Account Manager is an entrepreneurial leader responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of retail media accounts. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities in the omnichannel marketing environment. The position requires a strong emphasis on client service, innovation, and effective communication, with a significant presence in the Springdale, AR office three times a week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse multi-retailer book of business or multiple books of business.
  • Contribute to revenue and forecast discussions within the agency.
  • Present to clients and senior leadership using strategic storytelling and creativity in the commerce space.
  • Serve as a direct liaison between client and agency, partnering with clients to understand business initiatives and strategy.
  • Facilitate retail media and commerce conversations with clients, activating cross-functional agency teams with clear actions and expectations.
  • Manage internal conflicts with straight talk and action-oriented solutions.
  • Lead and execute large initiatives, leveraging the correct teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation at scale.
  • Drive operational excellence in a comfortable yet ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years agency work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in retail media and/or commerce marketing is required.
  • Experience in shopper marketing and understanding of full-funnel omnichannel opportunities is preferred.
  • Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with minimal supervision is required.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint are expected.
  • Professional maturity and agility in a hybrid working environment is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in incentivization, social commerce, email, direct mail, and influencer marketing is preferred.
