Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking and Sales associate duties, which will enhance your skills and prepare you for future advancement within the company. Other duties may be assigned as needed, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of retail operations. Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers
• Handle various sales transactions
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)
