About the position

Postman is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights that will contribute to the acceleration and scaling of user and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. This position is integral to the company, as it involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for product improvements. The successful candidate will leverage a broad base of customer data available in Postman's data warehouse(s) to generate insights proactively and design experiments aimed at understanding the motivations of a diverse customer base. In this role, the Senior Revenue Analyst will be expected to work autonomously, leading analytics efforts that encourage the team to enhance customer experience and metrics. Additionally, the analyst will develop time-series forecasting models to estimate future product performance and identify potential opportunities and challenges. The role also involves creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency is crucial, and the analyst will work with relevant teams to resolve any data quality issues. Mentorship of junior analysts and contributing to a strong data-driven culture within the organization will also be key responsibilities. Optional tasks may include planning and conducting A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes and collaborating with product managers to align data analysis with product development.
