About the position

The Senior Revenue Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the Sales FP&A team, focusing on delivering high-quality financial and business analysis to support decision-making and enhance financial performance. This position requires advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making it essential for driving change and impacting business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developing a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics across the company.
  • Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards for end-to-end analytics of company processes.
  • Act as a data translator, guiding users to understand and utilize the single source of truth while building partnerships across Sales and Finance departments.
  • Design and implement advanced data processing solutions in Python to analyze customer and product sales behaviors.
  • Complete data engineering tasks to manage disparate data sources and improve manual processes.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, working closely with business partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong data modeling skills in SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving data-driven business growth and process improvements.
  • Experience in presenting findings from data analyses to senior management.
  • Ability to design and implement change management plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing data pipelines and creating data models in data lakehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP RAR, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, or Anaplan.
