About the position

The Senior Revenue Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the Sales FP&A team, focusing on delivering high-quality financial and business analysis to support decision-making and enhance financial performance. This position requires advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of a single source of truth for revenue analytics and driving process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics.
• Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards for end-to-end analytics of company processes.
• Act as a data translator, guiding users to understand and use the single source of truth.
• Design and implement advanced data processing solutions in Python to analyze customer and product sales behaviors.
• Complete data engineering tasks to manage disparate data sources and improve manual processes.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong data modeling skills in SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics.
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving data-driven business growth and process improvements.
• Experience in presenting findings from data analyses to senior management.
• Ability to design and implement change management plans.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing data pipelines and creating data models in data lakehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP RAR, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, or Anaplan.
