About the position

The Senior Revenue Enablement Advisor (Program Manager) at OneStream Software is responsible for leading end-to-end revenue enablement projects and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams to support key enablement projects, ensuring effective communication, project planning, and execution to enhance project delivery and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue enablement end-to-end projects.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Revenue Ops.
• Create project plans, execute deliverables, and build reports on program success.
• Gather learning needs, content, schedule, and scalability requirements for enablement development projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress and gather feedback post-project.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the team.
• Navigate competing priorities and make decisions autonomously.
• Provide leadership for project teams and motivate team members to meet project goals.
• Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues and conflicts.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of enablement program/project management experience
• PMP certified

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Project Management systems such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
• Experience producing virtual workshops via Teams and using breakout room, whiteboard, and polling features
