About the position

The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst at SCA Health plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue accounting and financial reporting within the healthcare sector. This position involves analyzing revenue and accounts receivable variances, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. The analyst will leverage their expertise to develop solutions for complex financial issues and contribute to the overall financial integrity of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform facility related revenue accounting activities within prescribed time schedules and guidelines
  • Perform and summarize revenue and accounts receivable variance analysis
  • Field and assess ad-hoc requests, producing clear and concise reports for stakeholders
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to provide guidance and instruction to key stakeholders through development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards
  • Mentor revenue analyst(s), developing knowledge base within the team and serving as a revenue specialist in the identification and resolution of facility related and/or enterprise revenue accounting issues and questions
  • Assist management with the design and operation of revenue controls
  • Partner with key stakeholders to meet strategic company objectives
  • Assess, develop, and document solutions to complex problems by applying acute business knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Summarize and communicate proposed solutions with the appropriate audiences in a manner tailored to their understanding, level, or experience
  • Leverage process and international teams to drive quality and scalability within Revenue Integrity

Requirements

  • BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves

  • PeopleSoft and Tableau experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of patient accounting systems and revenue cycle processes preferred

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of USD $72,500.00 to USD $85,000.00 per year
