Schneider is seeking a Senior Revenue Management Analyst in Green Bay to develop advanced analytical solutions that inform, measure, and optimize key business processes focusing on revenue management. The Senior Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of data science models integrated into business processes, ensuring that these models are not only functional but also contribute positively to the company's revenue management strategies. In this position, the analyst will conduct in-depth research and analysis of data, providing actionable insights and recommendations that can drive business decisions. The role involves performing complex revenue management analysis and collaborating with other teams to identify technology and process inefficiencies. The analyst will also be tasked with developing advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that will aid in visualizing data and presenting it in a narrative structure that reflects Schneider's perspective on the current and future state of the market. Additionally, the Senior Revenue Management Analyst will assist with recommendations on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing to support revenue management analytics. This comprehensive approach ensures that the company can leverage its data effectively to enhance its revenue management capabilities and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data science models integrated into business processes.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of data.
  • Provide insights and action recommendations.
  • Perform complex revenue management analysis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify technology and process inefficiencies.
  • Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
  • Assist with recommendations on data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing to support revenue management analytics.
  • Maintain dashboards to provide a narrative structure and data visualization of Schneider's perspective on the current and future state of the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, economics, data science, data analytics or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with financial modeling, such as Proforma and P&L Analysis.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts of revenue management solutions.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, JSON, XML, Oracle Dashboards, Tableau, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and applied statistics.
