About the position

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Sprinklr plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Sales and Operations, to drive data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights. The analyst will be responsible for reporting, developing KPIs, and analyzing trends to support optimal business processes and initiatives within Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization by collaborating with leaders in Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
  • Report to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting.
  • Develop KPI reporting and key business insights.
  • Pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Revenue Operations.
  • Partner with leadership to analyze trends in key performance indicators including consumption, renewals, churn, and expansion.
  • Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal GTM decision making.
  • Communicate initiatives and goals with the Senior Management Team.
  • Support compensation design to determine metrics and targets for Sales teams.
  • Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance.
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Power BI & Microsoft Applications.
  • Experience with data management and understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques.
