About the position

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Sprinklr plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Sales and Operations, to drive data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, developing financial models, and supporting compensation design, all aimed at optimizing revenue operations and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders within Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Function as a center of expertise for the Customer Success organization.
  • Report on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards and presentations.
  • Develop KPI reporting and key business insights.
  • Pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Revenue Operations.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including consumption, adoption, renewals, churn, and expansion.
  • Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal GTM decision making.
  • Communicate initiatives and goals with the Senior Management Team.
  • Support compensation design to determine metrics and targets for Sales teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives impacting systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements.
  • Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance.
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Power BI & Microsoft Applications.
  • Experience with data management and understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques.
