About the position

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at JobNimbus is responsible for optimizing marketing and sales efforts through data analysis, process improvement, and technology integration. This role serves as a key resource for leadership to understand top-of-funnel metrics, including pipeline stages, conversion rates, ROI, and CAC. The analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure effective tracking and reporting of marketing performance, ultimately driving efficient revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyses for all top-of-funnel activities, including stages, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing spend and drive efficient revenue growth.
• Collaborate across the company to integrate marketing systems and tools, ensuring trackable progress.
• Transform the marketing team’s creative vision into actionable data through operational support.
• Build relationships with management across the company to become their source of truth for data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Proven experience in HubSpot on both the CRM and marketing automation sides of the software.
• Strong analytical skills to turn complex data sets into practical insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on process optimization and automation.
