About the position

The position is part of the Worldwide Revenue Operations team at Sprinklr, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights through analyses, reporting, and process improvements. The individual will serve as a center of expertise for Revenue Operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to analyze performance metrics and develop recommendations for business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Report to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting
  • Develop KPI reporting and key business insights
  • Pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations
  • Dig into complex problems and become an expert in Revenue Operations at every level
  • Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Revenue Operations
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success & Operations leadership to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
  • Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal GTM decision making
  • Communicate initiatives and goals with Senior Management Team
  • Support compensation design to determine the metrics and targets for Sales teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements
  • Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Revenue Operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience across one or more operations functional areas: Revenue / Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
  • Experience using Salesforce, Power BI & Microsoft Applications
  • Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques
