About the position

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market Business Partner will play a crucial role in the RevOps team, collaborating closely with the US Mid-Market Sales and Customer Success leadership. This position is focused on driving data-informed strategies and initiatives that impact revenue growth, while also leading business reviews and supporting forecasting and planning efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Mid-Market segment leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.
  • Drive cross-departmental growth initiatives to support the long-term vision of the segment.
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, sharing the health of the segment in larger Revenue forums.
  • Conduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
  • Support segment leadership with forecasting, planning, and pipeline risk management.
  • Help define KPIs for the segments and drive business alignment across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success groups servicing the Mid-Market segment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Looker/Tableau.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
