Join the Ansys Customer Excellence team as a Senior RF/Antenna Application Engineer, where you will partner with our customers to engineer what's ahead and solve their real-world engineering problems. This role involves deploying Ansys software in customer design workflows and contributing to the growth of Ansys' business. As a hands-on subject matter expert, you will leverage your expert-level engineering knowledge to provide technical pre-sales support, perform professional services, and translate customer requirements into innovative product features. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to create pervasive simulation solutions, enhance your industry knowledge, and drive business impact. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle. This includes conducting technical discovery, negotiating technical success criteria, and delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations. You will interact with customers to understand their product design needs and engineering workflows, analyzing how to address their requirements using Ansys products and platforms. Your role will also involve creating differentiating simulation solutions using the Ansys platform and deploying these solutions within customers' design workflows. As you develop your competence as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with Ansys product development teams to translate customer requirements into exciting new product features. You will test new releases of Ansys products on industrial problems and develop application best practices. Additionally, you will support Ansys field and digital marketing efforts, author conference presentations, and contribute to consulting services by conducting training classes. This position requires a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant professional experience in an engineering software environment.
