The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of product development, from initial architecture reviews to production, ensuring that the designs meet stringent performance criteria such as small size, low noise, wide bandwidth, and high linearity. In this position, you will be responsible for designing advanced hardware modules, assisting in root cause and corrective action investigations, and generating the necessary documentation and drawings. You will also support proposal and report generation, and play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field, along with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least two years specializing in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave engineering. Proficiency in Keysight ADS or equivalent software is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The role may require travel to provide technical support to subcontractors and customers, making a dependable and motivated attitude essential for success.
