About the position

As a Senior Risk Manager at Worldpay, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the risk management processes within our Third-Party Agent (TPA) Credit and Risk Oversight team. This team is essential in managing the risk associated with Worldpay's Payment Facilitator (PayFac) and ISO portfolios. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of credit and risk analysts, managing the underwriting process for new TPAs, and conducting periodic credit reviews and portfolio monitoring. You will also be the primary interface for risk with the Commercial teams, ensuring that we maintain a healthy risk appetite while seeking to profitably grow our portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your strong fundamental credit risk experience to evaluate financial statements of sizable organizations. You will be expected to build strong relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders, utilizing your communication and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration. Your ability to analyze data and leverage analytics will be crucial in monitoring and managing portfolio risk effectively. While direct merchant/payments experience is a plus, it is not a requirement for this position. A bachelor's degree is required to ensure you have the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. You will be based in either our Cincinnati or Atlanta hub, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a large team of Worldpayers across North America. We pride ourselves on creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment where every team member is empowered to make decisions that benefit our customers and the company. Join us in our mission to reinvent the payments industry and make your mark as a Worldpayer.
