About the position
The Senior SailPoint Developer will be responsible for developing and configuring solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform for a banking client. This role involves designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions, customizing workflows, creating connectors, and writing custom code. The developer will work closely with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support, ensuring secure management of user identities and access privileges within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions by customizing workflows and creating connectors.
- Write custom code for SailPoint solutions.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide ongoing support for IAM solutions.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in software development.
- 3-4 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- 3-4 years of experience in SQL, Java, and JavaScript.
- 3-4 years of experience in regulatory and compliance policies.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of programming languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL for managing user data.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP, REST APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
