About the position

The Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer role at Deloitte involves implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for federal agencies. This position is part of Deloitte's Government and Public Services Cyber Practice, which focuses on creating a cyber-minded culture and enhancing organizational security. Responsibilities

  • End-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ in a virtualized or cloud environment for a federal agency
  • Application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities
  • Configure, develop, and implement access certification, identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests, and delegated administration within IIQ
  • Design, build, configure, and implement IIQ connectors for Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Oracle, or other common protocols/systems
  • Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications
  • Implementation of RBAC and Policies (e.g., training, Segregation of Duties (SOD))
  • Develop API services for access policies and certifications, and design custom screens for requesting additional access and approvals
  • Unit testing of code
  • Attending client stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, confirm design, collaborate on integration, support user acceptance testing
  • Respond to support requests not fielded by the help desk

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and management
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access certification
  • Experience with configuring IIQ connectors for various systems including Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Ability to customize workflows, forms, and reports within IIQ
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD)
  • Experience in developing API services and custom screens for access requests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions

  • Experience with cloud environments and virtualization
