About the position

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst (SSCA) at Epsilon is responsible for the administration of sales compensation plans across various Lines of Business. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations, to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations, policy governance, and support for sales leaders. The SSCA will also contribute to the enhancement of sales compensation processes and perform analysis on compensation plan performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of sales compensation plans for one or more Lines of Business.
  • Implement plans into Xactly and manage new hire plan onboarding.
  • Calculate commissions and ensure timely validation and submission of commissions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for sales compensation plans, resolving inquiries and concerns.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing existing sales compensation processes, systems, reporting, and policies.
  • Analyze sales compensation plan performance, correlating results and payments by plan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with sales compensation.
  • Experience with sales compensation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong troubleshooting acumen.
  • Highly organized and results-driven with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using Xactly Incent.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft applications.
