About the position

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst (SSCA) at Epsilon is responsible for the administration of sales compensation plans across various Lines of Business. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations, to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and policy governance. The SSCA will serve as a subject matter expert, addressing inquiries related to sales compensation and contributing to process enhancements and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales compensation plan administration for one or more Lines of Business.
  • Implement compensation plans into Xactly and manage new hire plan onboarding.
  • Calculate commissions and ensure timely validation and submission of commissions.
  • Govern policies and resolve escalations related to sales compensation.
  • Provide support to sales leaders and field teams regarding compensation inquiries.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of sales compensation processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales compensation plan performance and correlate results with payments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with sales compensation.
  • Experience with sales compensation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Acute attention to detail and a client-facing attitude.
  • Highly organized and results-driven with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using Xactly Incent.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft applications.
