As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at UiPath, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales commissions and related bonuses. This position requires close collaboration with various departments including Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll. Your primary mission will be to calculate and validate commission payments, review and audit crediting rules, and ensure that all payments are processed accurately and on time. You will be expected to immerse yourself in data analysis, drawing insights that will lead to compelling recommendations for process improvements. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries. This includes resolving issues and providing training on compensation plans. You will perform detailed audits of commission statements before payments are released, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in plan calculations. Additionally, you will manage and support the incentive compensation reporting application, Xactly, which includes system enhancements, report design, and functionality improvements. Troubleshooting Xactly and auditing the integrity of data outputs will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with various business partners to provide strategic insights and recommendations aimed at building a best-in-class variable compensation program. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of compensation plans and relevant policies will be essential, as will conducting monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis to support the business needs.
