About the position

The Senior Sales Development Representative at Alohi SA is a key role within the sales team, responsible for driving new business through both inbound and outbound sales efforts. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying leads to support the company's growth initiatives, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to build relationships and guide prospects through the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, partnerships, social media, and networking events.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach to build relationships and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with broader business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed.
  • Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus.
