About the position

The Senior Sales Development Representative at Udacity plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by engaging with large enterprise clients to create new business opportunities. This position involves conducting in-depth research on target accounts, executing creative outreach strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality meetings and pipeline creation. The role offers significant career development potential within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a high volume of daily outbound outreach efforts within assigned target accounts to create qualified new business meetings for Sr. EAE partners.
  • Engage key contacts in the buying committee with personalized emails, video inmails, and creative social outreach.
  • Leverage marketing campaign responses and intent signals to prioritize prospecting.
  • Manage and prioritize efforts to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR or account management experience driving qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Experience in Software as a Service and speaking with Director/VP/C-suite buyers in F1000+ companies is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to articulate a strong value proposition to enterprise buyers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various channels (email, video, LinkedIn, phone, etc.).
  • A positive attitude, collaborative team spirit, and resilience.
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Experience working in SFDC, LinkedIn, and ABM platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (verbal/written) required.
