About the position

The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities and increasing the sales pipeline. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in sales development, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to track and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback and insights to marketing and product teams to improve our messaging and offerings.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales development, preferably selling to law firms and/or in-house counsel.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and technology, including Hubspot, Outreach, Zoom Info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
