About the position

The Senior Sales Director at Neota Logic is a pivotal role focused on driving sales for a leading no-code automation platform. This position involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, engaging with high-profile clients, and demonstrating the transformative capabilities of the platform. The role is designed for a solutions-oriented sales professional with a strong background in selling no or low code platforms, aiming to make a significant impact in the legal, insurance, and consulting sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Use a consultative approach to demonstrate the Neota platform's capabilities and identify relevant use cases for prospects to implement.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, analyze their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and present proof-of-concept applications to showcase the platform's potential.
  • Lead engagement initiatives such as workshops, breakfast seminars, and speaking engagements to drive client interaction and education.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience within legal, insurance, or consulting environments, with proven success in dealing with corporate clients or major law firms.
  • Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and partners, effectively articulating the value of the Neota platform.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in a professional services consulting role, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD or LLB is advantageous. Experience in selling other no or low code platforms such as Pega Systems, Appian, ServiceNow, UiPath and OutSystems.
  • Understanding of marketing and lead generation processes to accelerate successfully closing Sales quickly.

  • Relevant certifications in project management.
  • Degree in Law or related field.
  • Training in strategic selling methodologies, such as Miller Heiman.
  • Exposure to front-end, back-end, or full-stack web development.
  • Experience using Hubspot.
  • Passion for music, chess, debating, STEM, or related activities.
