About The Position

The Sales Enablement Lead will drive the growth of ADSP self-service by collaborating with AdTech Account Executives (AEs), Programmatic Solutions Consultants (PSCs), and various cross-functional teams globally. This role involves inspecting and improving existing mechanisms to enhance efficiency and adherence to processes, as well as inventing new mechanisms to keep Product teams aware of customer needs and to inform Sales/Services about product developments. The position requires scaling the impact of successful mechanisms through global expansion and automation, prioritizing focus areas to address critical customer needs, and promoting Amazon's mental models around two-way doors and high-velocity decision-making. The lead will also be responsible for thoughtful escalations to leadership to unblock progress and will need to influence without authority across various levels of the organization. Additionally, the role involves working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to optimize workflows and unblock revenue channels on ADSP, as well as developing and launching internal workflows to surface relevant data and insights to drive high-value actions.
