About the position

The NAM Sales Enablement Manager will join the Global Sales Enablement team, focusing on empowering NAM Account Executives with the necessary knowledge, tools, and skills to drive business growth and close deals effectively. This role involves designing and delivering onboarding programs, continuous skill development, and coaching for sales personnel, ensuring the successful adoption of sales enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with NAM VPs, Sales Directors, and Regional Strategy & Operations to identify developmental needs.
  • Identify success metrics to measure enablement impact.
  • Scope and create regional-targeted enablement plans, including content creation and delivery.
  • Support NAM New Hires during the onboarding journey and design the AE onboarding program.
  • Assist sales directors in coaching account executives on sales and deal strategies.
  • Communicate enablement initiatives regionally, understanding global and regional efforts.
  • Collaborate in Sales Enablement Governance, prioritizing the Global/Regional AEs Enablement Plan.
  • Curate and develop sales enablement content using the enablement team's tech stack.
  • Set up programs using a Sales Enablement platform.
  • Stay current on Celonis products and align enablement accordingly.
  • Take a data-based approach to measure and evaluate enablement impact in the region.
  • Support planning and delivery of sales enablement plans for strategic events.
  • Contribute to other Sales Enablement team projects as required.
  • Report on regional programs and project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally with experience leading a sales team.
  • Experience with common sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognis, Rightbound, and Zoominfo.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms, preferably Seismic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and alignment.
  • Working knowledge of adult training technology and methodologies; experience with sales enablement concepts and practices.
  • Independent, outcome-oriented, and goal-driven with disciplined execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and overcome blockers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in high-velocity, high-growth environments with changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Celonis GTM is a plus.
  • Project management skills are an advantage.
