About the position

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager at CircleCI is responsible for enhancing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and fostering collaboration within sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role focuses on developing and executing sales enablement initiatives that empower teams to effectively engage customers and drive revenue, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to create and maintain effective product training and resource materials.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling messaging and sales collateral that resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Act as a point of connection between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement or sales operations role within a SaaS organization serving late-stage startups and enterprises.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and derive actionable insights.
  • A collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
