About the position

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Cognite, you will play a crucial role in equipping the sales team with the necessary training, tools, content, and coaching to drive growth and success. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective enablement strategies that empower the sales force to exceed their targets, while also analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and evaluate enablement content and training programs.
  • Effectively communicate the enablement strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams across the globe.
  • Collect and share feedback to enhance the effectiveness of enablement content and processes continuously.
  • Utilize performance data to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales team.
  • Curate, maintain, and upload sales enablement content on sales enterprise platforms, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and establish sales enablement best practices for regional and global use.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in SaaS, sales/revenue enablement, with hands-on experience in direct sales roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks, including Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Expertise in creating engaging content and delivering both in-person and on-demand training sessions.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Strong problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of initiatives.
  • Experience in conducting impactful training events and workshops.
  • Strong ability to analyze Sales KPIs to drive informed business decisions.
