About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at RELEX Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by providing training and resources necessary for driving revenue growth. This position focuses on creating and delivering enablement programs for partners globally and driving regional enablement for the Americas sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in sales or partner enablement within an enterprise environment to optimize sales processes and support the company's go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage sales compensation plans that align with company goals and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Oversee the annual quota-setting process and provide insights on territory adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and present insights to executives.
  • Manage key sales planning processes and lead change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations with a proven track record of optimizing sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present executive-level insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing effective sales compensation plans.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, including forecasting, reporting, territory management, and quota setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills to create compelling narratives from data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and motivate people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with remote teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within the SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with additional languages, such as Spanish, is a plus.
