About the position

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Checkr is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary resources, tools, and training to enhance their performance and competitiveness in the marketplace. This role involves developing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, managing programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's sales objectives and growth goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives to improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, playbooks, and resources for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content tailored to various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Organize and facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team on techniques, tools, and product knowledge.
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales operations in a B2B environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sales enablement initiatives that drive sales performance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
