About the position

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager at CircleCI is responsible for enhancing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and fostering collaboration within sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role involves developing and executing sales enablement initiatives, training programs, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, particularly for high-scale and enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to create and maintain effective product training and resource materials.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling messaging and sales collateral that resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Act as a point of connection between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement or sales operations role within a SaaS organization serving late-stage startups and enterprises.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
