About the position

The Senior Sales Enablement Program Analyst at MathWorks plays a crucial role in supporting the structure and administration of Sales Enablement programs. This position focuses on ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, effective data management, and excellent customer response. The analyst will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to drive the growth and delivery of Sales Enablement initiatives, leveraging technology and data to enhance program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation process for the Sales Enablement team's learning technology tools.
  • Collect data, analyze trends, and produce reports to monitor program performance, value, growth, program effectiveness, and overall efficiencies.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor trends, workflow, and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Provide data and insights to leadership.
  • Drive and support focused curriculums for the Sales Enablement organization, including needs assessment and program evaluation.
  • Provide consulting on curriculum/training design and development, building long-term business relationships within the organization.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to support the organization's growth and learning.
  • Establish as the go-to person for business stakeholders and facilitate negotiations for ongoing program development.
  • Guide requirements discussions to drive successful planning, execution, and implementation of projects.
  • Work with senior managers to measure and document existing knowledge via business measures of success.
  • Manage relationships to balance priorities alongside organizational learning needs.
  • Influence the direction of systems, processes, and communication mechanisms that support the learning process.
  • Provide requirements and development support for enhancing existing systems.
  • Investigate and become the in-house expert for new technology that supports alternative learning options.
  • Assess best practices and integrate continuous improvement to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HTML).
  • Knowledge of general training principles and training development.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software, techniques, and concepts quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with and direct individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable organization and high attention to detail.
