About the position

The Sales Enablement role at T. Rowe Price focuses on enhancing sales productivity and capability to drive new Individual Investor business and strengthen client relationships. The position involves developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs aimed at improving consultative selling practices across a large salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, upskilling, and leading change within a sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, develops, and implements a leading seller skills program.
  • Determines measurement gaps and implements plans to fill those gaps.
  • Navigates across the business to complete tasks effectively.
  • Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams to understand strategic objectives and reporting requirements.
  • Analyzes and defines business process issues and implements solutions.
  • Leads special projects and initiatives for the function or business unit.
  • Directs team to identify root-cause issues and translate them into solutions.
  • Manages project scope, objectives, and progress for strategic programs.
  • Builds continuous improvement capabilities by coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Gathers and analyzes information to develop recommendations for process-related solutions.
  • Participates in industry forums to stay current on domain knowledge.
  • Collaborates with leaders to ensure process improvements are adopted and monitored.
  • Monitors market changes and recommends adjustments to optimize delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • FINRA 7/66 (63/65) licenses.

Nice-to-haves

  • CRPC or CFP Designation
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Working knowledge of Project Management and Change Management
