About The Position

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on the Northeastern Territory. This position is remote-friendly and plays a crucial role in the sales process by connecting technical capabilities with customer needs. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for translating the features of the Alteryx platform into business value for prospective clients. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and offer tailored solution recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Alteryx products and data analytics, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of our solutions. In this position, you will provide pre-sales support for pre-qualified opportunities across all products in the Alteryx Platform. You will craft and deliver technical presentations to potential customers, develop proof of concept (POC) demonstrations, and showcase the feasibility and value of Alteryx solutions in the customer's environment. Staying updated on Alteryx solutions, industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies is essential, as is adhering to company methods and procedures. Additionally, you will mentor team members by observing their work and developing learning plans to enhance their skills and knowledge of the Alteryx platform, sales engineering strategies, and client-facing skills. Collaborating with sales management to drive sales through process optimization, team training, and fostering a culture of collaboration and success will also be part of your responsibilities.
