Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user, ensuring clear communication.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 -10+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in life insurance and wealth industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • High proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
