The Senior Sales Executive role at AT&T focuses on driving sales and managing accounts for mid-market businesses. This position is integral to the company's mission of enhancing connectivity and technology solutions for customers. The Sales Executive will leverage their sales expertise to close complex deals, generate new business, and develop strategic initiatives to grow revenue streams while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create existing/new sales for delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products/services/systems/solutions.
  • Identify sales solutions with the aid of support groups.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects.
  • Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies.
  • Take initiative and accountability for producing desired results.
  • Establish and maintain productive long-term networks/relationships with customers.
  • Partner with assigned AT&T Retail/Authorized Retail stores in business sales opportunities and servicing business customers.
  • Present products, services, and migrations that can benefit customers' needs.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the organization's entire product/service line.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Develop responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identify key trends/customer needs and leverage industry knowledge to close sales for assigned accounts.
  • Own account relationships and meet revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate a progressive record of sales achievement.
  • Aid in devising direct sales plans/strategies.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation needs of the market.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years direct work experience in B2B-Sales, Telecommunications & Wireless Mobility Knowledge.
