About the position

The Senior Sales Leader for Industrial Water Treatment at ChemTreat is responsible for implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the assigned territory. This role focuses on acquiring new business and managing existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with customers. The position requires independent travel to perform water analysis and provide tailored chemical solutions, leveraging excellent communication skills to convey results effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within the assigned territory.
  • Grow new business and manage existing accounts within the geography.
  • Strengthen relationships with current customers.
  • Travel independently throughout the assigned territory to perform water analysis.
  • Engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions.
  • Communicate results to ChemTreat account managers and customers using excellent written and verbal skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in water testing, chemical handling, and documenting results.
  • Industrial Water Treatment experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Residence in the Midland, TX area by the start date.
