About the position

The Senior Sales Manager for National Accounts at Hyatt Regency Orlando is responsible for driving sales by managing customer accounts, selling guest rooms and meeting spaces, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a fully competent individual with experience in hotel sales, who will prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with various teams to generate business and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups.
  • Manage accounts and conduct site inspections.
  • Generate business through effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reports using Hyatt systems.
  • Coordinate customer service requirements as needed.
  • Participate in and potentially lead event meetings and sales staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and event staff, as well as administrative support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-service hotel sales experience.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
  • Training in selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills.
