About the position

The position involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to identify and implement strategies for revenue growth and commercial success. Key responsibilities include automating reporting processes, enhancing dashboards, and presenting analytical findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, product, and enablement teams to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for growth and commercial success.
• Create presentations and communications for sales leadership.
• Develop and maintain production level Tableau dashboards of sales KPI performance, productivity, pipeline, and forecast.
• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Provide dedicated operational and analytical support to the BGOV Sales teams.
• Participate in special projects as assigned, including efforts to integrate BGOV data, reporting, and processes into INDG's.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years' experience in data analysis, using BI tools and Excel.
• Experience with structured query language (ETL processes, data mining, modeling) and/or building advanced dashboards in Tableau is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
