About the position

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager for Enterprise Digital Media at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in transforming the $3B Global Digital Media Enterprise Business. This position involves partnering with sales leaders to provide analytics, insights, and operational support to drive business success, particularly in the context of Adobe's innovative AI offerings. You will be instrumental in forecasting and guiding a global organization as it continues to grow with AI solutions, while also building a scalable business and standardizing best practices globally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct business partner support to Senior Directors and VPs of sales.
  • Lead the weekly sales outlook process across all levels of the sales organization, using sales team insights and predictive analytics.
  • Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives for senior leadership.
  • Lead a weekly and quarterly cadence of pipeline inspection, focusing on critical KPIs.
  • Play a significant role in GTM strategy and execution, including territory building and quota modeling.
  • Support sales team operations in systems such as Anaplan, SFDC, and Clari.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of equivalent practical experience in sales operations, GTM, sales finance, or a related function.
  • Proven financial modeling experience and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior-level sales leadership.
  • Ability to successfully implement strategies and drive focus towards ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills to present forecasts and business narratives confidently.
  • Ability to thrive, prioritize, and pivot in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment.
