About the position

The Senior Sales Representative at Staffing Connection and Labor Solutions is responsible for driving sales in the food processing and industrial staffing sectors within the NC/SC/GA territory. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, leveraging a qualified temporary workforce, and utilizing CRM tools to identify and convert sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Grow the food processing and/or industrial staffing business by prospecting companies that utilize contingent labor.
• Manage a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Create customized staffing solutions based on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Maintain a partnering relationship with clients during staffing engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience and network within the food processing and preparation industry.
• Background in sales, business development, or operations within the industry.
• Typically requires a university/college degree or equivalent experience (5+ years).
• Driver's License (Required).
