About the position

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Representative to join their sales team in Honolulu, HI. This role focuses on commercial roofing sales, requiring the candidate to develop estimates and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment. The position involves engaging with potential customers, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining communication throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review leads from the Marketing Team for potential roofing projects.
  • Gather information on potential customers and schedule initial appointments.
  • Review customer needs and measurements with Technical Representatives.
  • Prepare and type sales proposals for presentation to customers.
  • Continue telephone and e-mail contact with customers after proposal presentation.
  • Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed and prepare various progress reports to management.

Requirements

  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
  • Experience in growing market share is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities are required.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience are preferred.
