About the position

The Senior Sales Strategy Manager for Enterprise Acquisition is responsible for managing sales program activities and ensuring alignment across various strategic sales programs. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed within scope, budget, and schedule. The position focuses on supporting Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) and requires strong project management skills to drive program success and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope of sales programs defined by product and business requirements.
  • Participate in planning program milestones and drive alignment to these milestones.
  • Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members.
  • Maintain program sales plans and records, scheduling all work required to fulfill program scope.
  • Review program plans regularly with senior staff for conformance to strategy and communicate program status.
  • Drive the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program.
  • Track and manage the program schedule and task details included in the program plan.
  • Communicate updates on major milestones and keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Serve as liaison with Divisional and Regional market resources for deployment preparation.
  • Monitor the quality of program deliverables and ensure program objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project management or operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales program management and strategic alignment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the telecommunications or media industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer experience management.
