About the position

The Senior Sales Strategy Manager - Enterprise Acquisition at Comcast is responsible for managing sales program activities and ensuring alignment across various internal and external resources. This role focuses on supporting Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) in the field, overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of strategic sales programs while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope of sales programs defined by product and business requirements and budget process.
  • Participate in planning program milestones and drive alignment to these milestones.
  • Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members, including project managers and sales leadership.
  • Maintain program sales plans and records, identifying and managing critical path tasks.
  • Review program plans regularly with senior staff for conformance to strategy and communicate program status, including risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, including sales leadership and delivery teams.
  • Identify and analyze risks and issues with senior staff and core team.
  • Track and manage the program schedule and task details, ensuring the program plan is reviewed and approved.
  • Communicate updates on major milestones and keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Serve as a liaison with Divisional and Regional market resources for deployment preparation.
  • Monitor the quality of program deliverables and ensure objectives and success criteria are achieved.
  • Exercise independent and collaborative judgment in significant matters.
  • Deliver on commitments with integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales strategy or program management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in product sales.
