About the position

The Senior Sales Support Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting business development efforts through effective marketing strategies. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance proposal submissions, presentations, and marketing initiatives, ensuring that all materials are compelling and aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, responding to, and assigning proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) requirements
• Interviewing key personnel and writing compelling narratives or managing copywriting resources for proposals and qualifications
• Developing targeted dynamic presentations in collaboration with business development and pursuit teams
• Maintaining and updating the Pursuit Marketing production calendar in appropriate team management software
• Monitoring company certifications and prequalifications required to bid or conduct business
• Monitoring and distributing proposal team deadlines
• Leading the Pursuit Marketing process, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines to ensure accuracy and quality of proposals
• Analyzing and distributing Salesforce data to appropriate teams
• Managing proposal team support staff in the execution of proposal response materials
• Synthesizing information gathered from response team members to create new proposal content
• Sharing pertinent updates to materials and critical changes with the proposal team
• Supporting special marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director
• Assisting with photographer/videographer coordination, conference attendance, and special event preparation
• Representing the firm externally with industry or marketing organizations, including event attendance and presentations

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar capacity at an A/E/C firm or comparable organization
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a similar area
• Proven ability to write compelling stories and excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach and proactive team player
• Working proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• High performance focus with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
