About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the INDG Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation, with a strong emphasis on secure user setup, automations, and serving as the initial point of contact for internal users seeking issue resolution. As a self-motivated professional, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to quickly learn new technologies and propose, develop, and support low-code solutions as part of the Salesforce team. Your goal will be to meet and exceed customer expectations while ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce tools. You will combine your strong business acumen with proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize the business value of IT investments. Working within an agile team approach to software development, you will be responsible for major Salesforce upgrades and integrations. Your participation will span the full application life cycle, from design to development, testing, deployment, and support of the organization's Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing reusable code using the Salesforce.com developer toolkit, identifying Salesforce.com usage problems, and crafting technical and communication plans to remedy these issues. You will implement data cleansing techniques, create and manage rules, and establish data validations. Additionally, you will design and implement master data management techniques to reduce duplicate records, work with vendor partners to design optimal solutions for integration, and lead projects by delivering high-level technical design documents and prototypes for requirement and design validation with stakeholders. You will also participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of administration or developer experience in Salesforce.com Enterprise edition or higher.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and testing in Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing Flow automation and lightning web components.
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
  • Demonstrated record of success participating in distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization.
