About the position

The Senior Salesforce Architect at Concentrix is responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves collaborating with various teams, guiding project direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The architect will also mentor diverse teams and engage with clients to optimize business processes through technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to exceed customer needs.
• Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
• Build relationships with main collaborators and team members.
• Be a lead architect for the engagement by coordinating work of multiple architects on the team.
• Align with project and engagement managers to support planning in close collaboration with the customer.
• Review and guide project direction, implementation approach and main artifacts.
• Direct early solution evaluation, including proactive management of issues engagement with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management.
• Hands-on application configuration to meet customer needs.
• Direct and mentor diverse teams, such as customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery aspects, and non-technical topics such as communication strategies or executive influence.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience on a Salesforce Self Service Platform.
• Design and optimize business processes with technology and integration.
• Experience in guiding customers and project members in rationalizing and deploying latest technology for business use cases.
• 4+ years of experience as a SF Tech Architect in a large/enterprise sized organization with leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
• Experience of defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform including coded solutions.
• A detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts.
